my subscription says “trial” but the trial ended
give the app 60 seconds to refresh entitlements from revenuecat. if it’s still wrong, pull-to-refresh on the today list, or sign out and back in.
i want to cancel
cancellations go through the store you bought from:
- ios: settings → [your name] → subscriptions → zem → cancel.
- android: play store → menu → payments & subscriptions → subscriptions → zem → cancel.
you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
i want a refund
refunds are issued by the store, not by us:
- ios: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- android: play store help.
i want my data, or i want to delete my account
both are one tap each from settings → account, but if you can’t get into the app email privacy@getzem.app from your account address and we’ll do it for you.
